Also, a few more questions:

• Do you have an HDR monitor by any chance?
• In what screen format are you playing: fullscreen, borderless, windowed, etc.?
• What is your monitor max (default) resolution and what is the max Hz it can take?

@Degree234DX12 overlay problem ( z-axis ). Disable the overlay which shows the audio bar and the black screening is gone when adjusting the volume.

I solved this by NVIDIA control panel. Make the 'monitor technology' for apex the same as global setting could solve this problem.
