Re: Season 4 Keybind issues

For PC players that have heavily modified keybinds... sorry this only helps if you haven't updated the game and launched it, or if you have backups of your settings...

Before you upgrade Battlefield 2042 to the new update that came out today, make a copy of your PROFSAVE_profile file (Located here by default: C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings) as the new update resets keybinds to default

After updating the game, launch the game once and then quit out.

Open your copy of "PROFSAVE_profile" and copy all of the lines that contain "KeyBinding" (Should be, roughly, lines 1 through 2,140)

Paste these copied lines over the lines in the new PROFSAVE_profile file that the game created after launching.

Save changes and launch the game.
