"Not the fast moving clouds on Spearhead". Yes, there is such a thing, some of the clouds are moving faster than all the rest, which is why it turns out not a very pleasant effect.

@pecmeserp I revised my post so it makes more sense, the flickering giant box in the sky on Orbital and Spearhead has been fixed for me.
