@EA_Kent Hey, turned out to be the new nvidia drivers causing sound issues so reverted back and all is good now.

I get a similar problem, rarely with 2042. I will try updating the NVIDIA driver to see if it helps.
- @jrockit77 I don't have any good drivers to revert to so I am trying the latest driver.
I had the same problem, I lowered the sound quality settings in Windows 11 and this fixed it.
