Yes! It happens in all the modes, all time.

Here is a recap :
1) I had to buy different copies of the game to figure out the issue (PS4/PS5, Xbox X/S) and using my EA profile (jackawazaki) its not working
2) Tried using a different EA accound (my child) and it works.
3) It seems to have appeared after the devs patxh in december before the holiday break. And it seems to have been triggered after experiencing a restrictive portal game mode.
4) Before we only had 2 grenades (scatter and emp) and after removung the emp, we are left with only the scatter as an option.
5) The bug is on every platform and generation using my personal profile so should be something that hits all profiles that experienced the portal game mode since it works fine on other profiles.
6) If you want, you can use my EA account as a referrence to debug the logs it generates.
7) Deletting the game and reinstalling it does not solve the issue. Resetting all ingame settings will not resolve it. Before, i thought it might be related to a bug in the ingame rewards or trophies but since i experience it on different platforms so i dont think its the cause.

/Atic - @EA_Atic Thank you for your help. Actually, i tried reaching few devs about the issue Niklas Astrand and Straatford over on twitter. I sent Niklas videos (on different platforms) about the issue and he said he would pass them to the devs. So I'm happy that you joined the ride and facilitate the task. Hit me up if you would need these videis as well.
Regards @EA_Atic my anti armor grenades stopped being accesible after I played in a Portal Hardcore TDM match over a month ago in which they were disabled. I couldn’t tell you the name of the host, but it carried over into Conquest and Breakthrough. Since my squad was also using Sundance as a character in that match, we all had the issue, and we all assumed that they were disabled by the devs for tuning, or a fix. That obviously wasn’t the case, and now Sundance is just a little less useful. Hope the devs can get this fixed, ‘cause it seems to have been around for a while.
I have the same issue. September 5th is the day when I saw it but it could've happened a few days before that (I don't play as Sundance often). It could've happened after playing an official Portal mode (probably Rush Chaos or XXL Rush) but I don't remember exactly. It is missing since then on every mode, tried it on CQ, BT, Co-Op CQ and also some Portal modes. I'll try playing today to give more feedback
