Hi there, 


Can we try setting a different DNS on your PS5 to see if that helps? You can set a different DNS using the steps below: 

1. Open your PS5 Settings

2. Select Network

3. Select Settings

4. Select Set Up Internet Connection

5. Choose Set Up Manually

6. Choose WiFi or LAN Cable depending on what type of connection you're using. 

7. Select DNS

8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS can help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)

9. Select Done

    Hi, created a new PSN + EA account. I'm Jacobsjailtime. I've done all those changes but it still won't work.

    Yesterday I got in played a few hours no problem, then today nothing. 

    I've changed DNS

    Tried VPN

    I went from wifi to ethernet.

    I have 400+ Mbps

    The lack of consistency is killing me.

    @EA_Kent Same issue for 2 days. Error code 1:4688822970:15021:16054882630:0b on PS5. Your solution was unsuccessful. I've tried others as well.

    Thanks for giving it a shot, everyone. 

    Another option we can try is setting a static IP address for your console to see if that makes a difference. The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set one up. 

    If you're able to give that a shot please let me know if you're still running into the same error message. Thanks again.

    @EA_Kent i am using ps4 and i am struggling with the same issue tried everything but it doesn't work
    Using a 100+ mbps connection
    Tried both wireless and wired way
    But no connection whatsoevee

    Thanks for giving it a shot. Are you currently on a public network like at a school, or is this your home network?

    @EA_Kent Home network.

    However it worked i guess a DNF occured cause of intermittent connection and i was forced out of ea for 24 hours

    I logged back in and it worked like charm.

    I’m just getting this issue. PS5, never had a connection issue before and now I have not been able to play for the last 48 hours due to the same connection problems others have listed. I have tried all the fixes listed by EA members but no dice. How can I fix this?
