Building upon NicDryWall's feedback:
Here is a video clip of me trying to exit a MAV. I eventually get out of the vehicle after numerous E keyboard presses. I wanted to get out of the vehicle sine I have spawned on it.
I played Breathrough 64 mode on Discarded using a PC.
