Hi @EA_Atic. I have same problem as well.

I need some information from you to investigate the issue.

  • What platform are you on? EA APP
  • Time stamp trying to connected to the server (example: GMT +1 - 15:00)  GMT +8
  • What country are you in? Malaysia
  • What ISP are you using? Time Internet
  • What is your gamertag? Zryggs
  • What error code are you getting? Unable to load persistance data

    Tried all troubleshooting and none of them works at all.

    Well no body from the developer seeing this thread as urgently from the community. 

    We need to send twit to EA help and battlefield direct communication @

    EA needs to take a look at all the servers. Pings are high tonight normally I run at about 25ms tonight its over 80.

    @baguscool It is so disgusting that EA is just ignoring a large number of players that can't play the game they PAID for.

    @Kill3rPotat0 Yes that's why we need to send Twitter mention battlefield direct comm as they are ignore the player that already being paid for

    @EA_Leeuw this kind issue that I mentioned in the other thread EA need to take a look and not too ignore

    @baguscoolIve tried DMing the staffs. Emailed technical support. Opened a new thread.

    All ignored. Eventhough I am already at battle pass lvl 90 I doubt I can complete it anymore since I'm going to miss out all the missions.

    I've already given up and uninstalled eventhough I still have another battle pass for the next season included in my Gold edition.

    Gonna just play other games until COD season 2 releases and never buying another game from Dice again.

    What a disappointment. Been playing since BF2.

    Love letter to the fans indeed. 😂
