This post mark as the "solution for visiblity purposes" is not helpful at all. When everything else on my network, and I mean everything, other games, browsers, streaming services, etc, is working, its not a network or ISP issue. Its EA! Fix already!

I'm in Mexico and been having this issue since this week. Not an AT&T user.

The solutions offered for PC did not help. What else can I do? 

Well, prior to the 5.2 update I could just VPN to a US Central location to avoid this error. Now, after playing for roughly an hour, I get it loading into every match. GGs fellas. GGs.

Bro for the first time I ever I have t[his error and I'm here now. What the hell is going on!? It said "Optimizing shaders" now I can't play the game anymore hello wtf?! I update my NVIDIA drivers to the latest now I have this issue all after 5.2?!?!?!  I literally played Discarded, Hourglass and Renewal without issue. I'm in Toronto.

EA / DICE this is NOT a user end issue. This is your routing! Look into it and get back to us that you are.

Maybe fix your servers so people can play the games they buy

I use this emergency solution. ⚠️ Quick fix❗️ Portal > browse > join a BF3 server > play for a few minutes > back out > load into conquest w/ no error. Don’t know why, but this worked every time I tried last night.

Uninstall EA app, clear all of it's data under %APPDATA% roaming+local.

Reboot

Install it again. Problem gone.

I see nothing under %appdata%\roaming  

This is what I see under %appdata%\local, I'd hate to just guess on which files/folders to remove.

UPDATE:  I didn't have to do anything, was able to play Hour Glass 64  CQ  now.  First I've tried since last night.

EA must fix this error, not us trying to butcher a fix

This doesn't fix the issue at all for me. 

Same issues here. Xbox Series X. I have tried everything. Nothing works... I haven't played the game in a year. Last time I tried to play the game was a buggy mess as well.  EVERYTIME I TRY TO GIVE THIS GAME ANOTHER SHOT ITS BROKEN. Has anybody gotten their money back a few years after launch?

@EA_Leeuw I already wrote here, there are a number of people complaining outside of US region who can't connect to online services at game launch, thus unable to play the game.

You can check the stats and see from which region you have had a drastic decrease in players, and realize it affects a lot of players.

Can you at least say if someone's working on this issue, or I might as well delete the game and move on?

Wanted to give an update, already wrote here.

Not being able to connect to online services was fixed for me a few days ago.

I don't know what you guys did, but it works now, hopefully remains so. Able to connect on first try. It took a long time to have this issue fixed, but thanks nevertheless.

This issue is happening again. 

Error code: 125012S.

Please reply to this forum if you are also effected.

Once again, I am having this issue after the redux update. 

Performed advanced troubleshooting techniques. I now have reason to believe this is a server-side issue and not the client. AT&T and Battlefield servers, potential routing issues in AWS or DNS. 

Sigh.
