Ouch!, once again not addressing and even downplaying the real issue. Some of us can't even get to the main menu to change any settings and turning crossplay off from the PROFSAVE file does nothing.
I'm starting to believe you guys have no clue what is causing this and are unwilling to tell us since all we hear is : 'we are aware and monitoring the issue'. Not saying where it stem from, not saying that you're working on it or that we can hope for a fix soon. basically just 'be patient.', for a week straight!
I don't recall any game being literally unplayable for more than 24hours before some sort of hotfix or serious apology got out, yet you make it sound like everything is under control and nothing to worry about. Even worse you're boasting about how well your fixes are supposedly doing on your social media account..
- @EA_Blueberry I've had crossplay disabled since i first started and still continue to get persistent data issue
@EA_Blueberry if I could give your last message a negative vote I’d do it quicker than I could demand a refund for this game.

If it helps you resolve the issue, sometimes I can manage to load the game and connect to servers with the help of VPN services for Europe an US. sometimes by connecting to Germany, sometimes Netherlands, and sometimes USA.
However, my Ping goes so high at some points that causes a lot of issues. it goes as high as 1000 sometimes but mostly goes around 200-400ms. I know, it can be due to the VPN connections but still it is the only way I can get into the game. I'm currently in the middle east region.
please keep us posted about what can be done other than turning off the cross play because that's not helping most of us.
I'm on PC, and using Origin as the launcher.
mostly getting the 15:-7A and 2:2600J errors. other errors appear aswell but I can't tell how or under which circumstances which looks random to me.I've been having this error for about an hour this morning (9-10am +10GMT).
After about an hour of trying to login I got in.
I suspect not enough server power.

Not good enough EA... 10 f ing days now and i still havent seen the f ing menu FIX 15:7A you useless bunch of bludgers.
10 days and you guys say this error is solved.. what a load of crap @Gak1974 Ive watched Spiderman 2 and installed Halo Infinite while I wait, gonna try as soon as this movie finishes lmao
Everywhere I go for help on this, I get the same response from every one from EA. If I could even try to disable cross-platform I would. I'm also pretty sure I tried restarting my game multiple times before I had 3 EA employees tell me to try that or if it still doesn't work to post it here. I can't even get past the main menu. It logged me yesterday once and now it's back to sending the error 15-7A. BATTLEFAIL 2042. I'm done with the battlefield franchise after this. I'm sick of spending money on the games and not being able to play. I had a similar situation a few months ago on battlefield 5 and I still can't play that. This whole launch was a joke.

Its the most unsupported umprofessional release yet...
How can it be I cant even get to a menu ....
Where is the support ?
For those of you who have access to VPN services try to connect to Germany or USA and see if you can pass the exodus ship screen (maybe other countries works, you just need to test it your self). if it works you might be able to play in solo mode because multiplayer takes forever to find a match to join.
For me it works most of the times (not always, i have to change IP and see which country works) but I get really high ping on servers that makes the game unplayable. however, I have to say that sometimes it's totally fine late at nights.
this might be a temporary solution until servers or whatever underlying issue the game has is fixed.I HOPE EA DON'T MIND IT IF WE USE VPN OR CHANGE OUR IP IN ORDER TO PLAY THE GAME!?
- @EA_Blueberry You cannot even get to the screen to turn off cross-play on PS5 or 4.
Two long threads on this one issue. The other is under Technical issues. Everyone who has entered a ticket is getting the same canned response from EA which does not work and is sent in a circle to look for a solution to their problem in the forum. I bought my PS5 to play this game so I'm out over 600 bucks and cannot even play at all.

EA is useless... we should all hit them for a refund i think because they are not going to help us... they dont care. they have our money
Honest question how in the he** are we suppose to turn off cross play when we can't even get to the menu to turn it off since apparently devs think it should be mandatory to connect to a server to alter connection options
- @Wylieguy74 Apparently there is a way to do that on the new Xbox but if you are on PS4 or PS5 (like me) you are screwed until someone from EA fixes this joke.
