all times of day,  have tried hundreds of times.  Have power cycled dozens of times. I have been staring at the start screen. It happens when I hit X on the start screen

I have had the game downloaded since the full release date and I still can’t play it. I get the error code every time I try to login into the game (15-7A) I have deleted and re-downloaded it and checked my internet connection and it’s still not working. I am playing on PlayStation 4. 
Will there be an update to fix this? Are there any other ways I could try to fix it on my end?

I uninstalled and refunded the game that I bought from Steam and just downloaded it from Origin and I still get this issue.

the game hasn't worked once ..... 1 ) needs to be fixed - 2) as compensation you should be providing a free upgrade to affected customers for each level .standard should be upgraded to gold and gold should be upgraded to ultimate !!!

if there's no upgrade path then you definitely should be offering some type of refund !!
