Re: Unable to load persistence data?
writing this to inform that i have yet to be able to play BF2042 due to the ..unable to load persistence data...problem, which is not allowing me to connect to the game , it is leaving me stuck at the start of the bf2042 where you push the A button totry to connect to online services.
We need the following from you:
- The error code. (screenshots also helps) - Error Code: 15:-7A
- When does it happen? (joining game or mid-game) - when trying to join the game
- Timestamp of when it happened. (include your time zone) i tried this at around 8:15 pm ,PST and kept trying.
- How often does it happen? - happens everytime
- What platform are you playing on? - XBOX One
- Your Gamertag. GRG63
- also i noticed in the top right corner of the frame the following in red would appear : Error Unknown Error// 2:2600J
- also i have re-downloaded twice - for a total of 3 downloads ..and none of them fixed this problem.
