This would just indicate your PSN is already linked to an older EA account. You wouldn't be able to link it to a new EA account without first unlinking it from that prior account.
Since the account looks to have been disabled, you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly so they can help update the account as needed. I'm afraid we're unable to discuss account details or make any changes here on the forums.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
