Tracer dart gun is absolutely useless now.

Due to a game breaking bug the gun now does not paint enemy’s vehicles but some how does when hit an empty vehicle or dirt. As if the nerf hasn’t done enough already. How can they even **bleep** this up at the last ever update for the game?
