heres the dxdiag but its hard to capture whats happpening since its a massive delay on me pressing a key and the character moving or still moving after i've pressed a key even trying to alt f4 out of the game is delayed due to the input lag. So i don;t know how i would show a keyboard on screen to indicate the delay between the key press and character movement.

Yeah i use armoury crate to change performance profiles on my laptop.
- @SaltyAussie armoury crate is kn ow for issues with bf2042 for example !
Disable it and try again. <-- cleanboot
Or uninstall this armourycrate software with a tool thats available for download !
cheers My laptop needs armory crate to change performance profiles and even has a button for it. It hasn't given me input lag like this before and even when i got this laptop with the software installed and tried bf2042 i didn;t have the same input lag problem so maybe its an issue with an update or some other issue i haven't found since all i can find is network problems, but they only show up in this game.

It is recommended to uninstall this Asus software, as it is known to cause issues with Battlefield 2042.

I'm not sure if i can uninstall armory crate since its used to control hardware on my laptop.

And are all youre drivers update for ASUS Wireless Radio Control as example ?
cheers , update us please - @Rokebo73 Drivers are as updated as i can make them, neither of those devices should be affecting input lag since only my mouse is connected to the sunreef which is a usb hub and i'm not having audio issues though i did discover theres a firmware update and installed that.

@EA_LeeuwI used the armoury crate uninstaller asus provides then i also used the windows app uninstall since it still remained. I don;t think its the issue though cause i only get input lag on 128 player servers, on 64 player servers it works fine so i'm not sure why there isn't a 64 player conquest option rather than the occasional special mode.
