Re: Uniform Soldier Aiming and Aim Assist bugged after 7/4 patch

Hi all,

Battlefield 2042 - All Platforms - Hotfix #5.1.1

Next week, we'll be releasing Update #5.1.1 for players on all platforms.

This small server-side hotfix will require no downtime. You may need to restart your game in order to benefit from these changes.

Stay tuned to @BattlefieldComm for the exact timings on when this update takes place.

Changelog:

Resolved an issue that was introduced in Update #5.1.0 which resulted in Uniform Soldier Aiming not functioning as intended whilst Aiming Down Sights.

I hope this bugfix will also work for players who do not use Uniform Soldier Aiming. I never used USA and have the sensitivity problems too...

I imagine it will. I never used it either, but they did previously say they were going to have it turned on by default, so I think at least part of the bug was having it turned on but it broke and wouldn't get turned off by the in game settings...
