@zhfldkdmltk  when it comes to Unlock issues, it's not something we can help with on the forums, and you need to reach out to our game advisors on EA support.

Recommend wating 24 hours after you unlocked the item first and if it still an issue reach out to EA Support. Let them know its a mastery unlock issue.
