Re: VOIP not working for me but I can hear others in game? (HELP)

@EA_Atic I have this problem. I have a new razer headset which works fine in windows. If I select open mic I can see the input level registering ok, but no-one can hear me. Even though the icon for voip talk comes on in the upper right screen when i talk. push toi talk doesn't work at all. tried different key bindings.

@EA_Atic This problem is far from fixed so don't pretend it is. They have minimalized all options in the game; combat, flight and including sound and voice chat. There is no option for selecting the microphone, speakers or headset. I will usually be playing with my headset, phones and mic selected in Windows sound options. No one hardly ever tries to use VOIP because it doesn't work. No one responds when I try to talk using push-to-talk. I don't use open mic. When someone does manage to get on their voice comes out my speakers in a loud distorted tone even though I only have the headset selected in Windows sound options. The game sounds are coming out the headset and the chat is coming out the speakers. All I can do is shut off the speakers or it disturbs other people in the house! This game has not yet risen above defecant grade! Almost 3/4 of a year after its release the whole game is so deficient in design and content that it should never have been released and the developer team should have been sacked. Where are these map fixes? What have they got 2 guys and a mule programing this thing? They put VOIP out only after we had to fight for it and it never worked right consistently and they still haven't fixed it! Don't they care?
