I had finally done the bottom 2 and I should have had 1 of the Bombs left. Now I'm 0/0/0. This is dumb.

Yup sounds just like what happened to me.
UPDATE so I finally managed to finish the mission and unlock the skin now, maybe it helps someone else:
I had the first and second objective already finished when the second one (the revives) started resetting multiple times. It seems for me the progress got reset everytime I switched between game modes (Rush and Conquest/Breakthrough). So now I just stuck to Rush and got all the 50 revives again and it unlocked the skin.
However it still shows 0 progress for the other two objectives:
That's really broken and I hope it gets fixed soon. Will be really fun to loose progress on harder challenges...
