It is indeed the case that Mastery progression has been disabled currently in Portal Custom matches (community created) and has limited progression (till Mastery 12) in Solo/Co-op.

Which level of Mastery is not tracking for you and are you trying to level up the Mastery in All out Warfare Multiplayer, or solo/co-op?
