Thanks for the report.

Do you mean that the progress for your attachments/vehicles/mastery etc. has reached the required amount, lets say 100/100, but they still don't appear as unlocked for you and therefore are in a 'stuck' state?

May I ask with which specific items you're experiencing this issue?

  • I have completed the required tasks, in this particular case I have completed the scope and barrel kills but the attachments have not been unlocked or I am unable to equip them.
    With the specialist Lis I have fulfilled the requirements to unlock the Night Operations outfit, unfortunately, like the weapon attachments, it cannot be equipped.
    However, when I currently open the game, it looks like EA is having problems with their servers right now because all the weekly missions and Lis outfit task have been reset to 0.

    The problem with the weapon attachments for my AK 24 has existed for months and I thought there might be a patch at some point, but the problem has not been fixed until now.
    The weapon attachments that are missing are the Fusion Holo by Mastery 6, the TV 2x by Mastery 7 and the Wrapped Suppressor by Mastery 7.
    With my AK 24, I'm now at Mastery 20, so I'm well past the requirements.

    I am sorry to hear that you had this experience with the EA Support Team.
    Unfortunately we can't help with this issue here via the forums, but only Live Support can assist with this. I would recommend giving it another try, maybe via Twitter or Facebook perhaps.

    @EA_Leeuw The support team managed unlock the missing suppressor for the MCS shotgun but they forgot to also address the several missing DM7 attachments for masteries 10 to 12.


    I already replied to their email about how they can help at anything else asking them about the DM7 too.


    Should I just wait now or was that not the correct route and I should make a new attempt at live chat again?

    @EA_Leeuwthanks for the advice, I contacted them on live chat.
    It seems like it is more complex than what the live chat staff can do so it was forwarded to more specialized staff.

    This is how they also fixed the same issue for the missing heavy suppressor for the MSC a few days ago.

    It is clearly more complex to fix than to flip a couple of switches šŸ˜‰

    Programmers are heroes that have to take down and tame code beasts.

    @UP_Hawxxeye, yeah it could be that it needs to be escalated to a Specialist team. Hope that it will get sorted for you as soon as possible though.

    It seems the customer support managed to unlock the attachments I asked for in the email I sent them.
    Sadly I messed up and forgot to mention one of the scopes (maul hybrid 1.5-3x) in the attachment list so they did not did that one.
    So I sent them again another follow up email requesting the fixing/unlocking of that scope.

    I hope they will not end up getting tired of me at this rate šŸ˜‰

  • I've been in contact with live chat a few times and they keep saying that they are unable to do anything.

    Last one, a few minutes ago:

    "Okay I checked , this is an issue I would like to tell you that this issue is faced by a lot of players at the moment I am reporting this bug further to the team , Please do not worry, this issue will be resolved as soon as possible and also to mention you can connect on the forums and report this issue and stay updated on our twitter handle to get more information about the bug being fixed."

    Am I more locked than the others or should I just keep trying?

    Sorry to hear that you're having this experience with Live Support.

    I'm afraid that we're unable to assist with this issue here via the forums. So I would recommend giving it another try via Live Support in this case.

    @EA_LeeuwI was just informed that the last attachment was also unlocked.
    Now all the bugged missing unlocks which I am aware of got corrected for my account.

    I discovered my pbx-45 bf2042 last three attachments are not unlocking. What are the best and quickest steps into contacting and finding a resolution ?
