Summarize your bug I can’t access unlocks even though I’ve met the requirements. Exemple : the 8R Holo on the M5A3
How often does the bug occur? Every time

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't equip the attachment
What should be happening instead? I should be able to equip my attachments

Looks like today's patch did not help fix this issue.

It's even worse now, some of the new scopes are unlocked but I can't equip them.

This issue has been in the game since its release and the EA Help team can't help at all (i've been told by the live chat).
