Please stop referring to that as a solution. You are only going to make people more angry. Report the issue back to the devs in your feedback loop and actually solve the issue.

I think it will stay until support is canceld for 2042. Ur work around with live chat is ridiculous. The live support will only write a notice u reported the bug and that was it. No help nothing.

You're treating your customers as if we're your QA department. That's unacceptable to me! It's a widespread issue! Fix it! I'm not going to tell anyone how to do their job, but honestly man, you need to read these replies and get some context. It's pretty clear that the solution is not EA Live Chat, Support, or Facebook. So claiming it as a solution, is not appropriate in any context what do ever. I realize this is not your fault, but you are going to get burned and * off a lot of people.
99% people posting have tried your "solution" and this thread has 33 pages literally telling you it's not working. Yet you keep referring to it as such, despite seeing this. Either you're being told to keep pushing the same narrative or you're not actively engaged in this issue.
These people WANT to enjoy the game. These are the people that are your fans, and you're doing this to them.
Again not going to tell you how to do your job, but you're supposed to be our ambassador.
