Helllo, I once had a BUG where the record was reset to zero in BF 2042, and I left a message on the forum, as follows

This includes the HAZARD ZONE pass times being reset to zero, which was not fixed after the start of the second season.
When I checked my TAGs recently, I found that two TAGs were not unlocked normally (see picture 1, 2), so please help me deal with the achievements of TAGs and HAZARD ZONE, thank you.
PS: Can the INTEL EXTRACTED in Figure 3 prove the number of times I have successfully escaped?

Hey @sofdlancer,

This thread is specifically for Attachment, Specialist, or Gun Progression being stuck/not progressing. It looks like you have issues with Tags (Playerscards-related things). Unfortunately, our Live Support team can't help with this.

I would recommend posting this reply in another thread about the same issue, or creating a new one if there is no thread for it yet.
