@EA_LeeuwI reached out to Live Chat and didn't get very far. The technician directed me to the Bug Reports forum. Seems like a vicious circle to be in.
I submitted a support ticket via Email... in fact, I may have accidentally submitted two by accident as the interface for working with an open ticket is kind of clunky.
Here are my two support tickets opened: 138625751, 138688145

i am ALSO having the same issue with the EBLC-RAM, i have completed all the requirements to unlock it, yet its still locked. Ive sent mulitple support tickets which keep getting deleted and now live chat is sending me here to report the bug which wont go anywhere. Im assuming ill never be able to use this vehicle in game at this point....attached is a photo as proof

XM8 LMG is locked for me even though I have completed it

@EA_LeeuwI'm not making any headway with my support ticket (138625751) that I have open with EA after getting nowhere with Live Chat. I have multiple analysts replying to me and no one seems to be reading the info I've provided. This was the latest, and most frustrating, response I received today:

Thanks for waiting! I do value your passion towards our games and I do appreciate you taking out time for playing our games. I have personally gone through our team and I found out that unfortunately we do not have an option to grant the missing rewards for completing the assignments in game. However, the game has a self-healing feature that should grant any missing content at the next end of a match or completing a new assignment or by next log in. I hope that you will understand. I at my best will be adding 250 Dark Market credits as a goodwill gesture into your account.-------
I responded to the email thread stating: "Right after completing all of the challenges to unlock the Type 88 LMG in the game and having the vault weapon NOT unlock, I completed the challenges to unlock the other new vault weapon and that worked successfully, but did not unlock the Type 88 for me - so what you're telling me is incorrect.
There are numerous other players on the official Bug Report forum highlighting the same problems. This needs to be corrected."
It's equally frustrating reading players posts in this giant thread stating that they reached out to Live Support and someone helped them with the unlocking of items, indicating that support doesn't seem to be on the same pages working together.

I just tried to fire up a Portal game and I don't even see the Type 88 LMG listed in the game at all. I can't find any reference of the weapon, except for in my weapon tree showing that it's locked - with all requirements completed. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Glad Im not the only one with this problem and its bigger then i thought , My SVK ADR bipod didnt unlock but things after it are unlocking.
As with all you I hope that Dev's FIx this quick as its annoying trying to use a marksman rifle / sniper with a bipod.

Unfortunately they say theres nothing can be done, Ive just been on the phone for around 40 minutes. Live support cant do anything either.

@VasilijKozlovHonestly no idea, I just got told that there isnt anything that can be done and it could potentially stay like this permanently, pretty insane how this is even a thing lmao.

Do you have a case number that we can refer the Live Chat support person to, in the event they want more information or proof that this is happening to others?
@Critstopher #139803573 heres my case number, in my livechat I did ask for it to be escalated I think you need to be very careful on what you say as other live supports just write it off as a bug which they cant fix. my case was sent to another team that helps with missing content.

Hello all!
We have received news from the teams that all previously locked items should now be unlocked if you've completed the requirements needed to unlock the items.
Can you please check the following:
- Launch the game and look in the Collection menu,
- Check if you still see any items that are locked for which you are sure you have completed the unlock requirements,
- If you're still seeing any locked items for which the unlock requirements have been completed, please reboot the game and check again.
If you still see locked items after completing the unlock requirements & after you've rebooted the game, please do the following:
- Play a match via the official playlist mode (Conquest or Breakthrough),
- Ensures that you also complete this match and do not leave the server in between,
- If you have completed the match, the previously locked items (whose requirements you have completed) should now be unlocked.
- You will not receive a separate message from this during the End of Round menu. Please check your Collection menu.
If you see or think that your previous progress has been reset, or items are still not unlocking for you once you've completed the requirements, please restart the game and check again.
*Note: it can take some time between gameplay sessions, roughly 1h, for the services to catch up and to make sure that everything that should be unlocked is also unlocked and available to you.Please let us know if the issue has now been resolved for you, or if you're still seeing items that won't unlock or stay locked once you've completed the requirements.
