Re: Why will my Weapon, Vehicle, Attachment or Specialist not unlock?

My Cav-brawler T1 skin wasn't unlocked either. I inquired through live chat, but I only received an answer to share it with the forum.

T1 was achieved prior to the 4.0.1 patch, but only the T1 badge was received and the T1 skin was not unlocked. Skin is not unlocked after the 4.0.1 patch, achieving level 41 of expertise, but skin is still locked.
