What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever you play with bots and unlock attachments, sometimes it will remain locked until you reach the next Mastery rank in official multiplayer. However, if you have no more attachments to unlock except the one that is locked, it will never unlock even if you reach the next Mastery rank in official multiplayer, or reboot or reinstall the game, etc.
