@Critstopher #139803573 heres my case number, in my livechat I did ask for it to be escalated I think you need to be very careful on what you say as other live supports just write it off as a bug which they cant fix. my case was sent to another team that helps with missing content.

We have received news from the teams that all previously locked items should now be unlocked if you've completed the requirements needed to unlock the items.
Can you please check the following:
If you still see locked items after completing the unlock requirements & after you've rebooted the game, please do the following:
If you see or think that your previous progress has been reset, or items are still not unlocking for you once you've completed the requirements, please restart the game and check again.
*Note: it can take some time between gameplay sessions, roughly 1h, for the services to catch up and to make sure that everything that should be unlocked is also unlocked and available to you.
Please let us know if the issue has now been resolved for you, or if you're still seeing items that won't unlock or stay locked once you've completed the requirements.

i can't unlock a Brawler Skin, since yesterday.
Played some rounds of conquest and breaktrough, restartet the game, restarted my pc, but nothing happend.
I've never played on a PvP server, well I have once or twice, but hated it, so I ended up ranking up all my weapons through the Solo/Co-OP mode or through a Portal server I created.
I had more than 90% of the weapons unlocked to Mastery 12, Tier 3, but in particular, the new Vault Weapon Attachments are all greyed out despite having got the 360 odd kills needed to fully unlock all the attachments, but yeah, all the new attachemnts are unavailable so I can only use iron sights and the ACOG for instance with The GOL Magnum Sniper Rifle (see attached image).
Whay has this happenned with Season 6?
i do too but for some reason trying to unlock the magnum sniper isnt tracking for spotting with thr soflam ithibk its due the spotting being broken after season 5 update

Community Manageri tried portal as well my spots arent being tracked in the progression system it has to be the season 5 update. there has been issues with tracking
i also just tried rush i doesnt track my spots... its not me its the game. u need to patch and fix this progresdion bug. i should have by now unlocked the magnum.
and tried breakthrough... nope... its a game bug
Hello, i have the same problem with unlocks on new weapons and attachments. I have a for example a M416 and full of kills but nothing yet unlocked. This problem i have from two last updates and nothing is still unlocked. I restarted a game, so many games played and nothing changed. Thank you for resolving problem.
