The minimum and recommended OS for running Battlefield 2042 on PC is 64-bit Windows 10.
If running on another OS then you may run into issues related to that OS and our team will do what they can to assist in such cases.

"Not supported" on the latest Windows OS is a complete cop out! Fix your game!! I'm running on a fully supported system, updated files/drivers, etc. No running apps, and I can't even get the damn thing to start! Loads with easyanticheat, then flashes the EA app and nothing. I do this about 10 times, then suddenly it starts, but with no sound. back to the dance of trying to start it again. Tried admin mode, nothing. Developers have access to latest Windows before the general public does. You easily had time enough to re-code the app to support Win11. FIX IT!!!!
BF2042 works fine here on Win11 (New install with MSDN ISO 22H2) and the new EA app, sometimes I think people are hired to bash this forum/game...
Maybe the problem is your configuration of hardware/software... but I guess all game work perfectly fine and only BF2042 gives you major headaches...
