I got scammed or something happened when I tried to buy Battle field 2042 through the website and it charged me two times and I didn’t even recieve the game

Looking at the screenshot, those seem to be authorisation transactions and should drop off your account. Since you also mention that you didn't receive the game, it's possible that the purchase failed.
