Respawn / Deployment UI unusable on controller

Summarize your bug Selecting certain spawn points on certain maps can be an actual nightmare.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play on Kaleidoscope as Russian team and attempt to spawn at Alpha objectives with a mixed variation of other objectives taken by the enemy. US team on Hourglass attempting to spawn at Foxtrot objectives while various other positions are held by the enemy team.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot move cursor / highlight over the objective you want to spawn at. UI navigational issues.
What should be happening instead? Spawn points and objectives should be smoothly scrolled through when using a controller.

For example on 'Kaleidoscope' trying to spawn on Alpha1 and Alpha2 objectives [from Russian side] can literally drive you mad.
Or if you're on the US team on 'Hourglass' trying to spawn on Foxtrot Objectives this can also happen.

I find this UI issue game-breaking if you're playing objectives and playing to win.
These are very specific examples that I can immediately think of because of how many times they've almost made me lose it. There are other times on different maps and playing as different sides when I've had issues navigating the UI screen used to select where to respawn etc. I'm sure this happens on Xbox and PS4 as well due to the UI not being tested enough on consoles.
