RTX4090+5800x3d = unplayable

Stuttering, stuttering, stuttering. I've tried everything. Googling for weeks.Do i need to wait for a patch of is this normal? I'm very confused right now.

PC:

MSI x570 Gaming plus: bios updated

RTX 4090 Inno3d

32GB ram dual channel Corsair PC3200 (4x identical ram) with XMP profile 1 of 2 enabled

AMD 5800x3d. temp: 40c on idle and 67 on stress

Game is installed on: M.2 XPG 8200pro

750 watt Cooler Master PSU Gold V2

Alienware oled monitor 175Hz G-sync enabled

Windows 10 fresh install 2 months ago.Windows 10 fresh install 2 months ago.

Game settings: Low, high, ultra, RT on or off, v-sync on or off - does not matter! It stutters randomly. It goes from 170 to 50-80 in a split second and it makes the game unplayeble.

It's the only game that laggs. Even Warzone 2/MW22 is stable.

i also tried:

- Clearing EA app cache

- disabling nvidia experience layover

- Disabling tpm in motherboard

- reinstalling the game

@ThrashTator88 The only solution is that EA FIX THE POOR PERFORMANCE. Since months ago this game is unplayable for a lot of people. You touched something and * the game, I paid for nothing, I cant play with this framedrops...
  • I have found a fix.

    1. Remove game

    2. Play MW22 instead.

I'm done. It's you, not me. This game is still in beta. I'll come back within a year.

    QUESTION:

What does the blue line mean on the first table when you enable network diagram? There is no legend for blue. So when the game stutters it goes up.

For some reason DICE removed the legend for TN (Time Nudge), when they added the ALAT (average latency) counter. If you see TN spikes, expect stuttering rubber banding, etc. It's used for latency compensation and basically means that your client will be artificially "lagged".

I commend your patient for these ridiculous "help tips". I have the same problem, 5800x3d, 6800xt as long as the cpu is not blast 100 % i enjoy 4k frametimes upwards to my target at 144 Hz.

What I have seen is that the anti cheat, easy anti cheat something is the culprit, consuming massive amounts of cpu while playing. I had stutter on my old ryzen 3700x, paid a premium for the 5800x3d, same f.... problem... BF5 was looking so much better and had the fps going through the sky with my old 3700 and vega 56, and now my "fancy" new rig can't play a game looking like 2011.
