RTX5080 Game wont launch, almost does and closes

i got it working by doing 2 things not sure what resolved it.

Disabled Smooth Motion. Nvidia

Verified integrity of game files. Steam

Print Screen button minimizes game
I am trying to take screenshot of the game, and it used to be just the print screen button, but now every time I press that key, the game minimizes. Am I missing something?
