Rubber banding is usually caused by packet loss. What is your packet loss in and out on the network performance graph showing?
Also check the server frame time (SFT).

Packet loss in and out both show 0% packet loss, but if you look closely at the blue line on packet loss out graph you can see it moving up and down.
This would seem to indicate there might be some packet loss out happening.
I don't currently have Battlefield 2042 installed so I can't jump into the game and verify if the blue line moving up and down on packet loss out is normal or not. Hopefully someone else can comment on if it's normal. I'm leaning towards not normal.

hmm i didnt notice that i assume its supposed to be a straight line along with that purple one?

Correct, a straight line like the purple one. If you continue having issues let me know. I explain how to run traceroutes to the game server and post a link to ISP packet loss tests.
