Rubber Banding and character stopping

has been happening weirdly every day since i redownloaded the game a few days ago. I just dont know what the issue is, im well over capable of getting 200 FPS constantly so its not a hardware issue at all and my LAT ms and TN ms doesnt go higher than 25 each so im looking for a possible solution if there is any

I'm having this exact issue, I've reinstalled the game twice and funnily enough, I actually changed isp and the game is still doing the same thing which makes it obvious its not my internet that causing this issue. Not a advertisement for bf6 if the previous title cant even be played without playing with rubber banding
