Good day I am having an issue with the game where apon booting up the game the character models don't load along with when I go to collection none of the gear, vehicles, specialists, weapons either, and it will give the 4 square loading circle (but faded and not the solid 2d sprite one like the when it gives connecting to online services) where the model would be. It doesn't go away no matter the time period, I left the game running over night to see if a shader optimization just needed to take place like COD but in the morning it was the same. When this occurs the game will not load into a match and just gives me a black screen (no current map loading screen) with the music (not match sound though) in the background. It will load forever, again I left it for a couple hours to see what would happen - nothing happened it continued to give the black screen and music. I shut down the game form the task manager. The computer still responds perfectly as I have a ssd for OS and a HDD for games. There is a 1 in 5 chance that the character will load and then the game will load fine into a match with the current map loading screen (takes a while though) and then when I deploy the game will sutter for a while and most of the time I will not have a weapon in my hand and other players vehicles and character will not load, only the guns. When it does load the game properly on occasion the match ends and the next map should load, the black screen occurs again and only music can be heard.
I have done a cache clear multiple times, file verification through steam multiple times no files are corrupt, ( I bought the game on steam with the free weekend special you had on the 16th of October), re-installed the game 4 times, restarted the pc (occasionally works but will do the same and not load the next map), done the DCIM command in cmd, performed a clean boot on windows to see if the problem was a background application the game would not load at all then and I would manually activate the EA App services (as it launches ea every time I press play on steam and launces steam when I play on ea) to get it to launch and the game would do the same and not load. I have done a benchmark test to see if I may not have the sufficient amount of resources to run the game it can back with all pass. I have a rtx 3060, windows 10, intel i5, and over 8gb ram (not sure about total amount but will provide a screen shot to show). I have made sure to make the all the drivers are up to date, graphics drivers through nvidia geforce experience (and sure through system management), windows up to date, cpu drivers through system management, steam up to date, ea app up to date, audio drivers up to date (through dolby access and system management).
I have also made sure to manually edited the profile file in documents graphics settings one by one (change one load game and then change back and move to next one) switching from one to zero to see if maybe a setting is conflicting with the game - no luck. Changed the settings like that in game as well, one by one and restarting - no luck. This morning I created a custom game with all the maps and content available for use with ai running, and just left it to time out the round and move to the next map, it took roughly 4 hours to go the full cycle back to the first map (I thought the map optimization would occur and sort the issues out) as soon as I closed the session and loaded back to the homepage it did the same with the models (not loading) and when I tried to jump back into a public online match it did the black screen. As you can see I have gone through every option I can think of to maybe solve the problem and am now stuck on what to do, I don't know what my next step from here is as this frustrating me after just 2 day of purchasing the game I cannot enjoy it in it's entirety. If you could help me with where to go next thank you.
