I am missing the Silver Spear skin for Angel I have completed the necessary steps got the player card backgrounds awarded. At the time I first completed the steps the skin was not active.I noticed that you reactivated it during the Battlefield: Redux event this week for Season 4 I did it several times and did not receive the skin.
