Slow motion
My game has a sort of slow motion/stuttering effect when shooting it acts as if I'm almost burst or tap firing even when holding the mouse down and reloading and vaulting animations are much slower. this has been happening for quite some time now and I had hoped a few updates would fix it but after still having the issue after the season 4 update I don't know what to do. I have a GeForce RTX 3060 with 24 GB ram and an i7-9700k and the game just won't run in a playable state. I've tried lowering all graphics to the minimum for max performance and tried turning on direct x12 as a couple of videos said that would help and nothing I've uninstalled and reinstalled I've verified game files and ran as administrator and no success. So Im assuming this isn't a hardware issue on my end so I don't know if there's a setting I'm missing or a combination of settings that would at least put a band-aid on this issue or if I can just put it out there to be fixed but I'm hoping something resolves soon because I kinda enjoy playing the game.
