Summarize your bug Specialist (Sundance) challenges are not update once you do the required steps in order to unlock tier one outfits in SOLO and CO-OP mode in multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Sundance's cluster grenade in SOLO and CO-OP mode and watch the kills required not increase
What happens when the bug occurs? Specialist missions not being updated after a SOLO and CO-OP modes
What should be happening instead? Specialist missions BEING updated after you do the required steps in SOLO and CO-OP
PLEASE FIX THE BUGS THAT BREAK YOUR GAME SO IT IS PLAYABLE AGAIN FOR SEASON 1

It's indeed the case that Solo/Co-op (and Custom Portal games) have limited progression. In Solo/Co-op games, you can progress everything till Mastery 12. After that, the progression for Mastery unlocks is stopped and needs to be done in official AoW matches or official Portal games.
