Specialist Skins resetting to default

Summarize your bug Customized specialist skins are occasionally resetting to the default skin for that specialist, forcing players to re-select the skins they want to use. It usually only reset one or a handful of the specialists at a time.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've been unable to determine what is causing the skin to reset. I believe it's happening on occasion when loading into multiplayer matches.
What happens when the bug occurs? Specialist skin resets to default as selected.
What should be happening instead? Game remembers each player's selected skins for their specialists.

Please fix this. I'm so tired of having to reselect the skins I like for my specialists.

    every time, even when i just unlock and equip. They go back to default skin that was equip few days prior..

    Small question; for which specific skins is this happening to you? Did you notice a difference between skins?

    @EA_Leeuwfor example, it is missing when logged in now:

    - Mackey: Surface Tension
    - Zain: Chemical Agent
    - Casper: Pack Leader
    - Paik: Circuit Breaker

    but almost everyone has missed something before.

    @EA_Leeuw Just had it happen to me again. Like before, the reset to the default skin literally resets upon loading into a multiplayer match (Conquest just now). Casper was sporting the skin I like at the main menu before loading in. Upon loading in, his skin was reset to default, so I had to change it again before the match started.

    Happens to me too. Based on the last patchs, it looks like the dev team just doesn't care.
