That's really laggy. The server is chugging along at (1,000ms ÷ 21ms = 47.6Hz).
Barely keeping up with the 45Hz tick rate. If the server frame time drops below 45Hz the server will crash.
Ideally the server would be updating at twice the Hz of the network tick rate. Which would be a SFT of 11ms (1,000ms ÷ 90Hz = 11ms).
Since last week I've had a lot server side laggs. Now everyday there is some sort of rubberbanding. I'm from Finland and play on EU servers.
