Staring at my feet, Can't respawn

4 times now, I have been playing bo6 and from time to time, I'll die, and then its shows a screen of me bleeding out with no option to respawn, or to request a revive. I then get to enjoy the rest of the match staring at my feet and waiting for the game to end. Otherwise, I suppose I could quit the game and restart it. But It doesn't allow me to even open up the menu to quit.

This bug has happen to me 4 times now... Anyone else having this issue?
