Aim Assist and Cronus use
The update brought some insane aim assist. People shouldn’t be locking onto my position from 100 meters away just by holding the right trigger and aiming in my general direction without even seeing me. I understand aim assist for console players at around 50 meters or less, but this is ridiculous. Can we please ramp up banning Cronus devices? If not, we’re going to end up like Call of Duty and other similar games that are full of cheaters. The desync between console and PC is already enough to deal with on its own.
Aim assist FIX!!! PS5
There has to be a change to the aim assist in this game. I’ve ran into the same issue in the beta and in 2042 and in previous battlefields where the "slowdown" is too strong with snipers, but ok with assault rifles or any other gun that isn’t a marksman or sniper since y’all wanna overcomplicate the aim system system overcomplicated it a bit more by letting you choose the level of aim assist for each scope #X like 1x 2x 3x etc. I literally need to boost aim assist down because it’s fighting me too much to snipe, but then it’s too low when I’m trying to use an assault rifle SMG or carbine.
Battlefield 6 Hard Crashing PS5
I've seen some reports of Battlefield 6 hard crashing on PS5 specifically and am running into the same issue. I can play anywhere between 1 to 2 games before a hard crash causing my PS5 to have to be unplugged before being able to restart. Firstly, THIS IS NOT AN OVERHEATING ISSUE. In fact, I've no issues playing REDSEC or GAUNTLET without any issues. I only run into this issue when playing Conquest or Breakthrough, with it seemingly being worse on Conquest. This wasn't an issue prior to Season 1, has no impacts on Redsec / Gauntlet, and doesn't impact any other game. So far I've uninstalled HD textures, restored licenses, repaired the console storage, reformatted, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned the vents / fans (which I already do regularly), and even had the thermal paste looked into to see if that were an issue (it's fine with no issues) and am at a loss for next moves. I've even reinstalled Campaign due to the issue and it's no different. If anyone has been experiencing this, please signal boost this so hopefully it can be investigated. Hopefully anyone reading this can see the steps I've taken to no avail and if a solution is figured out it can be widespread.
Playstation 5 being crashed and EA is hiding.
This has been a known issue since beta, has got worse and effecting more people with every update. Shuts of ps5 to point of having to remove power cord to reboot ps5, 100s of forums on it and no answers from ea. I spent hour on chat wiqth a rep who could not even bother to read chat but after mentioning its ps5 25 times sends me a link to clean and reboot a computer. After showing her links and screenshots to 100s of post on EA forums, reddit and etc...She informs me maybe I should go to EA forums to post it to find answer... When showing how stulid her response was, she back tracks later and says its a PSN issue but apparently only effects battlefield 6 and no other games. And in my case (I know others its been since beta) but mine started after last update weeks ago so not a PSN issue. Then went back to i should be posting on forums and a manager would answer it but yet tons of posts to not a single response from the team. I am going to contact Playstation with their refusal to fix game and push for my full refund. Issue has been posted since beta, and with chat room proof they have no intentions of fixing or addressing the issue. Got other games I can still play and invest my money in. LETS SEE IF A MANAGER RESPONDS BECAUSE THEIR CHAT SAID THEY WOULD RESPOND TO ALL ISSUES.
Battlefield 6 Battle Pass Pro instant rewards missing
I recently bought the BF Pro Battle Pass, mainly for the SOR-300SC blueprint, but after buying it I noticed that the first 5 rewards (Brodie, Speak No Evil and Bad Medicine skins, the gun blueprint I mentioned earlier and the Transparency parachute skin) are not appearing in my loadouts despite being “claimed”, I did get given every other remaining 6 rewards but come on. I paid £21 for it so like, where’s my stuff man😂 Idk if this is necessary to add but I have not yet purchased the actual Battlefield 6 game, I only play Redsec but still.. I don’t think that should necessarily affect me not getting those rewards right? I know there are other people with this issue so I hope it gets resolved or patched soon
