stuck in offline mode

ok so whats going on here, im stuck in offline mode and cant go online to play my games at all.

for a short  while today 21/06/22 i got online and when i tried to play battlefield 2042 i was hit with a pop up message saying too many computers have accessed this accounts version of Battlefield 2042....wtf???? seriously what? my computer is the only one. ive searched the forums and youtubed videos on trouble shooting hard resetting modem uninstalling and reinstalling origin etc and nothing worked. my internet isnt the issue here either.

    Hey @Gumbymoo,

    When you get this message, it means that Origin has detected a rapid change in sign in locations and therefore it goes into lockdown mode (this error message). It could be that you're having issues with your IP address, are you maybe using a VPN? If not, I would recommend to reach out to our EA Support team to get your account checked. You can contact them via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.

    In normal situations, this error message will go away by itself if you leave Origin closed/don't sign in anywhere with your EA account for at least 24h. If you still sign in within those 24h, the timer gets reset. However, I would still like to recommend reaching out to our Support team, just in case.
