Stuck on loading screen

Did repair/verify gamefiles ?
What trouble shoot did ya do already ?

    I've done everything!


    verified the files

    reinstalled the game multiple times, even on a normal hard drive then on a SSD

    I'm tired of seeing the world and such - just take me into the menu man.

    I've got a pretty highend PC so I don't think its that, I have no issues with any other games.
