I just bought Battlefield 2042 for my Xbox and every time I try and load in it tells me “Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. It also gives me an error code: 15:706P:-7A.. I have tried the online chat and I spoke to a someone at the call center and the issue is still occurring. I am online and my internet connection is working. My EA account is already linked to my Xbox so I’m not sure why I am having any problems with this.
