Stuttering only when in first person mode

Game used to run perfect a few weeks ago, now it stutters in first person mode.  Zero stutter and about 100 fps when I'm in a tank or after I die and am in third person.  But when I spawn as a guy with hands and a gun, stutters stutter stutter sttutter check settings stutter stutters die... smooth 3rd person looking around no stutters.  Please tell me why but you can't because it's an absurd bug that no one else has so I just uninstalled.  Update #3 said it fixed a bunch of stuttering but really it made it so first person guy with hands and gun is the ONLY TIME IT STUTTERS WTF IS EVEN GOING ON.  screw you dumb idiots.
