Subject: False Positive Detection - MSI Dragon Center Compatibility Issue

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing an issue when trying to launch Battlefield 2042. The game shows a message stating that I need to either update or close Dragon Center in order to play. However, I'm using MSI Dragon Center version 2.6.2005.0601, which is the only version fully compatible with my MSI hardware and system.

I am not using Dragon Center to interfere with the game or for any unfair purposes — I only use it to manage hardware features such as fan speed and performance profiles. This version of Dragon Center has worked fine in the past and never caused issues until recently.

Could you please confirm whether this version is being flagged as a false positive by Easy Anti-Cheat, and whether there’s a way to whitelist or allow it so I can continue playing Battlefield 2042 without losing access to my hardware features?

I appreciate your support and understanding.

Best regards,
