How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the SVD marksman rifle with the bipod attachment. Join a match and look for the bipod icon when you have the bipod deployed.
What happens when the bug occurs? There's no bipod icon.
What should be happening instead? There should be a bipod icon.
As an aside, interestingly, the bipod remains deployed after getting revived from the downed state. This is the correct behavior for the bipod, unlike with other weapons where the deployed bipod doesn't doesn't stay out.
