@ManBean An update on this bug: The small bit of camouflage netting is missing that should be on the base skin for the T28's MPAT shell barrel (This includes all universal skins for the T28). Once again liked described above, it shows in the preview of the the skins in the "Hardware Appearance" menu, but once equipped it does not show in game.
